What would you do as a Supply Chain Associate As a Supply Chain Associate at FNA Group, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process, overseeing the acquisition of goods and services vital to our operations. Your responsibilities will include engaging with vendors to gather necessary information, assessing vendor capabilities, and collaborating on Request for Quotations (RFQs). Additionally, your expertise will be utilized in reviewing bid proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate data in our ERP system. By working closely with suppliers to address non‑conformances and ensuring compliance, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in issuing purchase orders with precision and timeliness. What matters most To excel in the role of Supply Chain Associate at FNA Group, candidates should possess a high sense of urgency and exceptional attention to detail to effectively manage procurement processes. Proficiency in Excel, ranging from intermediate to advanced skills, is crucial for data analysis and reporting. A basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems is required to maintain accurate records and facilitate smooth operations. Experience in product sourcing and vendor management to drive cost savings is highly beneficial, along with the ability to collaborate across various departments including Logistics. While a college degree is preferred, 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management will also be considered appealing for this position. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: High sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced). Basic understanding of ERP / MRP systems. Experience sourcing products and working with vendors to drive cost savings. Able to work collaboratively with different departments.
