Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) is seeking a Vice President of Business Development in Hanover, MD, to lead growth initiatives across capture and proposal efforts. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and requires deep experience in strategy development, teaming, and solutioning sessions.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in proposals/capture, active TS/SCI clearance preferred, and a track record mentoring teams; Shipley or equivalent certification is a plus.
