Regional Director Real Estate - San Francisco, CA

Job Overview We are looking for a Regional Director Real Estate in San Francisco, CA. Essential Functions Directs and coordinates the real estate lending function for an assigned region of the bank. Evaluates existing practices and developing trends to determine effective long-term strategies to meet regional goals. Establishes and implements policies and practices to support the long-term strategy. Provides leadership and direction to regional associates and guidance to lending associates bank wide. Participates in business development activities. Approves large and complex real estate related projects. Coordinates with other senior executives and divisional managers, for planning and policy development. Directs the marketing, human resources, facilities and other support activities for the region. Manages the budget and profitability of the assigned region. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Typically requires a bachelors degree in business or finance or a related field and 10+ years of lending experience including 5 years managerial experience over a major multidiscipline, segment of the company. Strong multifaceted banking knowledge including knowledge of complex credit structures and advanced lending policies, procedures and techniques.
