We are looking for a dependable Operations professional who enjoys structured work, follows defined procedures, and plays a key role in keeping critical processing platforms running smoothly. This role supports daily production, reporting, and monitoring activities that help COCC deliver reliable service to our clients.

Provide operations support to meet established service level agreements
Run assigned batch production schedules using defined scheduling tools
Apply approved ad hoc batch changes to daily production schedules
Identify and report abnormal batch conditions to the shift leader
Monitor alert communications for special Operations requests
Monitor the ATM network and apply corrective actions per documentation
Receive and post file transmissions according to schedules and procedures
Transmit file transmissions according to schedules and procedures
Run report loads and copies following established guidelines
Communicate load and copy issues or delays to the shift leader
High school or technical school diploma
Minimum of one year of computer operations experience
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work on site full time, 3:30- midnight Monday through Friday.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
The salary range for this job is $45,594 - $61,797 annually. This is an on site position in Avon, CT.
