Structure Medical is seeking CNC Machinists who are willing to work on-site at our Mooresville, North Carolina manufacturing facility. This is not a remote or hybrid position. We welcome qualified candidates from across the country and offer relocation assistance for eligible applicants.

We are seeking motivated CNC Machinists, from recent technical school graduates to experienced machinists, who are looking to grow their skills in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Read blueprints and work instructions
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Make tool and offset adjustments to maintain quality
- Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers
- Complete production and inspection documentation
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, safe work area
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNC machining experience or technical machining training
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Basic understanding of GD&T preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
