Sr. Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant , this role will focus on month-end close, account reconciliations, and journal entries , with an emphasis on accrued expenses, AR allowance, and accrued revenue. What You\'ll Do Perform account reconciliations and support the month-end close process Prepare and post journal entries for: Accrued expenses Accrued revenue AR allowance Analyze account activity and research discrepancies Maintain accurate supporting schedules and documentation Assist with financial reporting and general ledger activities Ensure accounting entries are accurate and completed on time Meet tight month-end close deadlines Top 3 Skills Month-End Close Account Reconciliations Journal Entries - Accruals & AR Allowance What We\'re Looking For Previous Senior Accountant experience or strong Staff Accountant experience Hands-on experience with month-end close and account reconciliations Experience preparing journal entries for accrued expenses Experience with AR allowance and accrued revenue accounting Strong understanding of general ledger accounting Ability to work independently and meet deadlines CPA is not required Position Details Location: Maitland, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite Pay: $38-$40/hour Eligible employees may also have access to medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and discretionary bonus opportunities, where applicable.
