What You’ll Do as a General Manager (Presale & Open Club) Pre‑Sale & Grand Opening Execution – Lead the charge in launching new Crunch locations by driving memberships, community outreach, and pre‑sale events. Sales Leadership – Build, train, and motivate a high‑performing sales team to hit aggressive membership goals. Team Development – Recruit, hire, and develop a top‑tier staff that thrives on customer service, sales, and fitness culture. Community Engagement & Brand Representation – Create buzz around Crunch by networking, forming partnerships, and making Crunch the go‑to gym in town. Operational Excellence – Oversee daily club operations, ensuring top‑notch cleanliness, service, and execution of company policies. Performance & KPI Management – Track and analyze key metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance. Lead by Example – Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and success.
