What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at Kayne Prime, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Guests receive food that is fresh, flavorful, and flawlessly executed. You'll be a part of a high-energy culinary team where consistency, communication, and collaboration are key.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• • Preparing and cooking food to exact recipe specifications
  • Ensuring station is properly stocked, organized, and clean
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation after dishes leave the kitchen
  • Supporting Team Members and communicating effectively across station
  • Following all food safety, sanitation and health code regulations
  • Collaborating with Chefs and kitchen leadership to improve processes
  • Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of food prep, sanitation, and cooking techniques
• A strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Team-oriented attitude with great communication skills
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• A growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and lead
