Our FOH team is the heart of the guest experience. From a warm smile to a simple moment of kindness, our front-line team members create the hospitality Chick-fil-A is known for. While you'll work directly for an independent Owner/Operator, you'll also gain valuable experience in communication, teamwork, leadership, and customer service that helps you grow both personally and professionally.
Front of House Team Members help ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and appreciated from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Availability Requirements
- Minors (1517): Available at least one weeknight plus Friday & Saturday
- Full-Time: 3545 hours/week, must be available for at least 4 opens/closes per week
- Part-Time: 1525 hours/week, must be available for at least 3 opens/closes per week
- Shift Windows: Day 5 AM 5 PM | Night 2 PM 11 PM
- Flexibility: Schedules may vary to support the team during peak times
- Compliance: All schedules follow labor laws for minors

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional dining experience for every guest
- Deliver signature Chick-fil-A hospitality with warmth and positivity
- Ensure food is served accurately, promptly, and with excellent quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, or special requests
- Work collaboratively with teammates to support smooth service
- Follow Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress code standards
