Scrum Master with Salesforce Exp

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with Salesforce experience for a long-term onsite role in Miami, FL.

The role involves facilitating and coordinating multiple Agile Scrum projects (up to 2 projects) within a fast-paced enterprise environment to ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality delivery of solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the product development team to ensure work progresses on schedule, within budget, and meets quality expectations.

The role also requires experience in incident management and SLA-driven environments, along with strong coordination across global teams, where excellent time management is essential.

In addition to delivery responsibilities, the Scrum Master will act as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring consistent achievement of team objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in Agile environments.

This position offers a rate of $60/hr C2C (inclusive all) and requires Scrum certification and Salesforce experience (mandatory).

Objectives of this role : • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.

• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.

• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.

• Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.

Key Responsibilities, • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

Required skills and qualifications, • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

, Preferred skills and qualifications • General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.

• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.

• Ability to work proactively with cross-functional teams.

• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
