Job Description :

10+ years of progressive career in IT with at least 4 years in the healthcare domain • Should have managed minimum of 2-3 projects (of at least 1 year duration each) in Salesforce in an Agile- Scrum model • Will be highly advantageous: Knowledge of the USA healthcare industry, and experience in implementations of Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing/Commerce/Experience/Health Cloud for various Lines of Businesses such as Payer, Provider, Payvider, Pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid, Pharmaceutical, MedTech, et al. • Excellent Project Management, People Management and Leadership skills in a software Development environment. • Must have experience as Project Manager in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall software development methodology. • Should have ability to influence without authority. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must have experience of running Sprints and tracking throughput through tools like JIRA, Confluence and JAMA. • Must hold a Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM-I.
