- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 plus years in leading planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT programs.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and able to run scrum ceremonies
- Should be expert in scrum methodologies
- Strong JIRA knowledge in building & maintaining Scrum Boards & Dashboards.
- Should be able to escalate risks timely and drive it to closure.
- Must be good in status reporting.
- Able to create ppt slides for executive meetings as needed for project.
- Work with Ecommerce manager to help him manage backlog and right story creation.
- Well versed working with Kanban boards.
- Experience in the Retail Domain preferable
- Should be self-driven, flexible and have a very positive attitude.
- Should be proficient in creating excel reports and power point presentations for project planning.
- Should have excellent verbal communication skills and must be able to communicate clearly.
- Should be a team player and hands-on in planning tasks.
- Should be creative and think of new ideas to provide value through project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project resources, including staff allocation, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
- Track and report project performance metrics, including key milestones, budget expenditures, and resource utilization.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into project planning and execution
