Job Description: Provide WOW Level Customer Service to our clients Meet with potential clients to assess and educate them on their insurance needs and coverage options Assist customers with making payments in person or over the phone. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally Manage company leads and generate leads. Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business. Benefits: On-target first-year agents earn between $50,000 – $75,000, with senior agents earning $85,000-$125,000 annually Steady and consistent Weekly hours and its a Full-time position (35-45 hours per week) NO PART-TIME HOURS Weekly pay including Uncapped commission (paid weekly) Paid training to help you obtain your Insurance License within 30 days Opportunities for growth into leadership and expanded commission roles including DMV and tax preparation Medical, dental, and vision plans available Paid sick leave and vacation time and 5 Holidays Off Requirements: High school diploma; A.A is a plus. Authorized to work in the US. Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License. Bilingual- Must be able to fluently Speak Spanish Must have your own reliable transportation Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
