Our family owned and operated Allstate office in San Carlos has been here for 40 years. We have deep relationships with our clients and work every day to help them do the best job they can do to protect themselves from everyday risk. Responsibilities will include:

· Answering phone calls

· Calling current customers – You will proactively call our customers with payment reminders and other concerns.

· Customer service – Your primary role will be working with our customers on their insurance needs such as sending them insurance documents, taking payments and making requested changes.

· Maintaining client relationships – Reviewing current policies with current customers to ensure they are happy with their experience and policy form our office.

· Insurance experience is a plus
