- Pay rate : $20-$23/hr weekly pay
- Stable Daytime Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturdays as needed).
- Temp-to-Perm: Excellent pathway into a permanent position.
- Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property and apartment tours.
- Answer incoming leasing calls and follow up promptly on digital inquiries.
- Process applications, verify income/documents, and prepare lease files in compliance with Tax Credit / LIHTC guidelines.
- Assist with resident move-ins, lease renewals, and document signing.
- Deliver responsive, professional customer service to resolve resident needs.
- Support day-to-day leasing office administrative tasks.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish): Fluent communication skills in both languages are required .
- Hands-on experience with Tax Credit (LIHTC) or affordable housing properties is required.
- Able to start immediately and work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus Saturdays as needed.
- Experience with property management software like OneSite is strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented, strong closer, organized, and customer-focused.
