The Center for Developmentally Disabled (CDD) seeks an experienced Director of Compliance and Operations in Kansas City, MO. This role provides agency-wide leadership for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, operational systems, fleet administration, facilities coordination, and asset controls, supervising the Compliance Specialist and Operations Coordinator. You will report to the CEO, establish priorities, review work, and drive continuous improvement to deliver safe, efficient, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Center for Developmentally Disabled
