Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry / Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for telemetry and medical surgical patients on a night shift schedule
• Manage and monitor ED border patients within the assigned specialty as needed
• Float between facilities within a defined local radius when operationally required, remaining within specialty
• Receive advance notice of assigned facility location prior to each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or compact license eligibility
• Experience in telemetry and/or medical surgical nursing
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a contract basis
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (non-local travelers only)
• All requested time off must be submitted upfront prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a telemetry or medical surgical setting
• Comfort with floating between facilities within a close geographic radius
• Experience managing ED border or overflow patients
