We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate who is enthusiastic, professional, and driven to build lasting relationships with our clientele.

Whether assisting a client in selecting an engagement ring, purchasing a luxury timepiece, or finding the perfect gift, our sales associates play an important role in creating memorable experiences.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Tuesday through Saturday
• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Closed Sundays and Mondays

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will become a trusted advisor to our clients by providing knowledgeable, attentive, and personalized service. Responsibilities include:

• Greet every customer with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry, engagement rings, diamonds, luxury watches, estate jewelry, and designer handbags.
• Develop an understanding of gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, luxury brands, and current market trends.
• Educate customers on product features, craftsmanship, warranties, financing options, and repair services.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Maintain detailed customer records and proactively follow up on inquiries, special orders, repairs, and future sales opportunities.
• Process sales transactions accurately while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory presentation, showroom organization, and visual displays.
• Help maintain the appearance and security of the showroom.
• Work closely with management and fellow team members to provide a first-class shopping experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience.
• Luxury retail, jewelry, watch, or high-end fashion experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn about diamonds, gemstones, jewelry design, luxury watches, and the services we offer.
