Accounting ManagerCamp Hill, PA | $75,000-$95,000 salary + 10-15% performance bonusPronto Plumbing, Heating, Air & Drain is growing, and we're looking for a strong accounting professional to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations while serving as an important link between accounting, leadership, and the rest of the organization.This is a great fit for someone who has outgrown a purely transactional accounting position but isn't looking for a heavily layered corporate environment. You'll work closely with the CFO, help oversee a small accounting team, and take an active role in communicating financial information to other departments and leadership.You'll have meaningful ownership of the numbers while still having executive-level support and guidance. As the company continues to grow, you'll help bring consistency, visibility, and structure to the financial side of the business.What You'll OwnOversee daily accounting activities and help ensure the accounting function runs efficientlySupport and provide direction to a small accounting teamPartner closely with the CFO on financial reporting, analysis, and business prioritiesManage month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger activityPrepare accurate financial statements and internal financial reportsMonitor cash flow and help identify financial trends and opportunitiesManage payroll processing through Paychex and support benefits administrationEnsure payroll taxes and employee-related financial filings are handled accurately and on timeAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningTrack and communicate key financial and operational performance metricsTranslate financial results into clear information for department leaders and other non-financial team membersWork cross-functionally to help departments understand financial performance and make informed decisionsIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencyHelp establish scalable financial processes as the company continues to expandWhat We're Looking For4-6 years of progressive accounting experienceExperience taking ownership of accounting operations in a growing or fast-paced organizationStrong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closeExperience with payroll and benefits administration; Paychex is preferredComfortable providing guidance or oversight to other accounting team membersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate financial information clearly to both accounting and non-accounting audiencesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and dependableComfortable working independently while partnering closely with a CFO and senior leadershipA practical, solutions-focused approach to improving processesAdditional Experience That's a PlusHome services, HVAC, plumbing, construction, trades, or another field-service environmentServiceTitan experienceSage experienceInventory accounting or inventory managementExperience supporting a company through a period of growthWhy This Role Works$75,000-$95,000 base salary + 10-15% performance bonusEstablished company with significant growth aheadDirect partnership with the CFO and senior leadershipOpportunity to provide oversight to a small accounting teamVisibility across multiple areas of the businessOpportunity to represent financial performance to department leadersMeaningful influence over accounting processes and operational decision-makingRoom to grow as the organization continues to expandIf you're ready for a role that sits between hands-on accounting, team leadership, and strategic financial support, this is an opportunity to make a real impact without getting lost in layers of corporate structure.
