Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2-5 years of inventory control, warehouse, or production experience preferred Experience with cycle counting and inventory auditing preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to follow established procedures and warehouse processes Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to lift, push, or carry 25+ lbs and move throughout the warehouse Job Duties Maintain accurate inventory levels for incoming and outgoing products Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts and physical inventories Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies Conduct inventory audits and assist with inventory-related projects Analyze inventory data to identify trends, stock issues, and turnover Prepare and maintain inventory records, shipping/receiving documentation, and inventory adjustments Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy Support the training and onboarding of new employees on inventory procedures Follow warehouse control procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines Perform additional inventory and warehouse duties as assigned Benefits Fair Weekly Pay: Because good work deserves good money.
