Summit Retail Solutions, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales & Enrollment Representatives to represent a nationally recognized pest control company inside major retail locations.

As a Retail Sales & Enrollment Representative, you'll engage with shoppers, educate homeowners on the benefits of professional pest control, answer questions about available service plans, and help qualified customers enroll in a plan that fits their needs. No cold calling or door-to-door sales—you'll be working inside high-traffic retail stores speaking with customers already shopping.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner.
• Educate homeowners about pest prevention and the benefits of professional pest control services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the service plan that best fits their home.
• Enroll qualified customers into residential pest control service plans.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly enrollment goals.
• Build positive relationships with retail store management and staff.
• Accurately complete customer enrollment information.
• Represent our client with professionalism and integrity.
• Stay informed on promotions, service offerings, and industry updates.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers face-to-face.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus—but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old .
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within a 40-mile territory to assigned retail locations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible retail schedule.
• Fluent in English. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Must successfully pass a background screening as a condition of employment.
