Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description

The Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in a general medical surgical unit. The role involves remote tele-monitoring with oversight by a monitor technician and includes medication administration and post-operative care.

Responsibilities

• General medical administration and care for patients.
• Remote tele-monitoring of patients.
• Managing post-operative patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-2+ years of Medical Surgical experience required.
• 1+ year of recent travel experience required.
• Telemetry experience is mandatory.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Cerner experience is required.
