About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for its Northern California region. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven leader with a strong background in human services, particularly in work with youth. This role is pivotal in overseeing a complex portfolio of programs, people, and community partnerships to ensure the organization's commitment to serving young people experiencing homelessness is upheld. The SVP will be responsible for leadership and management, community relationships, program development, and fiscal management. Key responsibilities include serving as a Youth Protection & Safety Officer, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, and leading strategic planning to meet the organization's goals. Candidates for the Senior Vice President position should have at least 7 years' of experience in human services, with a preference for those with a background in trauma-informed care, mental health, or social work. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in staff development, operational excellence, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate people-centered and relational leadership, with a focus on emotional intelligence, integrity, and cultural agility. They should be adept at building and maintaining community partnerships, and be prepared to serve as organizational ambassadors. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, with at least 5 years' of senior leadership experience.
