We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Clinical Support Assistant to serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, and internal staff. This role will provide essential administrative and clinical support to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between patients and physicians to support efficient communication and coordination of care.
• Complete patient forms and obtain medical records as needed.
• Process prescription renewal requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide general medical office administrative support, including answering calls, routing messages, and filing correspondence.
• Communicate regularly with patients, staff, and medical providers in a professional manner.
• Support department operations by maintaining organized documentation and assisting with daily clerical needs.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with office and healthcare procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
