Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workday
- Shovel dirt, gravel, and other materials
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team
- Complete other general construction duties as assigned
- Construction or general labor experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Competitive pay of $17.00-$20.00 per hour , depending on experience
