Job Title: Director of Rehab

About the Role:

As the Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, managing a team of rehabilitation professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our medical staff, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs that align with patient needs and goals

• Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, providing guidance on treatment plans and patient care

• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
