The Role As a Principal Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences – you’ll be building it. We help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by the industry’s most advanced technology, AI and data. What You’ll Do Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for Commercial BC, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+ People Leadership: Manage and mentor high‑performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Commercial/Medical/Tech/AI to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges Requirements Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred) Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in areas such as Go‑to‑Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting, combined with a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‑level customer relationships Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher Nice to Have Knowledge of Veeva products Experience delivering SaaS or Tech‑enabled consulting solutions Perks & Benefits Compensation: Highly competitive salary and equity in Veeva Growth: Unrivalled career progression in a fast‑growing, global team Flexibility: Veeva is a Work Anywhere company.
