A direct hire opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a new pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. This role offers the chance to lead pharmacy operations and ensure compliance while collaborating closely with internal healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure 340B program compliance and program integrity
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with on-site providers to optimize patient care and workflow

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current and active Mississippi pharmacist license in good standing
• Proven experience in an FQHC pharmacy environment is essential
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal healthcare teams
• Prior experience managing pharmacy operations, including technician supervision and compliance programs such as 340B
