Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 * Hours could vary. Must be flexible.

Tellers will assist customers with their banking needs: (including but not limited to)

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers conducting transactions through the drive-through window.
• Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and transfers, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Verify customer identity and ensure all transactions comply with security, regulatory, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records while adhering to established cash handling procedures.
• Respond to customer questions regarding accounts, products, services, and bank policies in a professional and helpful manner.
• Monitor the drive-through area to ensure efficient traffic flow and minimize customer wait times while maintaining transaction accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and protect sensitive financial data at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by maintaining a professional appearance, following bank policies, and supporting branch goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships by recognizing customers, providing personalized service, and creating a welcoming banking experience that reflects the Bank's commitment to relationship banking.

Skills and Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma and cash handling experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively to meet required deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Friendly and pleasant personality
