The Role We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and own the day-to-day execution that keeps our brand moving across social,media email, content, and more. Marketing at BoxHouse has a lot ground to cover, and this role sits at the center of it. You'll work closely with leadership, contribute across multiple brands and markets, and have a direct hand in building something that's still taking shape. This is an in-person role based at our headquarters in St. George, Utah. We're a collaborative team and do our best work together in the same office. Responsibilities Write and publish content across channels including social media, email, blog, and more. Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice. Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Write copy for newsletters and ongoing email campaigns; build and deploy campaigns in our marketing automation platform. Track and report on key performance metrics across social media and email; share weekly summaries with the Head of Marketing. What We're Looking For 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing role, agency or in-house. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field. A fast learner who picks up new tools, industries, and workflows quickly and doesn’t wait to be told twice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social scheduling tools, and basic analytics (Salesforce, Pardot, and related tools are a plus). Basic design and video editing skills for social media are a plus. Genuine curiosity about the work is a plus — housing, mission-driven work, and community impact are things you actually find interesting.
