What You’ll Do

• Convert tours → applications → leases
• Conduct engaging apartment tours and follow up to close the sale
• Conduct move-out inspections and walk vacant units to assess condition, identifying charges and damages 
• Take ownership of delinquency by proactively communicating with residents, resolving balances, and minimizing outstanding receivables
• Support lease renewal strategy by engaging residents, addressing concerns, and helping drive retention
• Resolve resident concerns and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution
• Leverage AI and digital tools to maximize efficiency and conversion

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Community Manager in multifamily housing
• Proven ability and strong interest in leasing and sales performance
