HR Manager | NW GA Build Something That Matters. A growing, multi‑site distribution organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and lead the Human Resources function across multiple facilities in Georgia and South Carolina. This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership and create the HR infrastructure for an organization with approximately 800 employees. What You’ll Do Build and lead the HR function from the ground up Serve as the primary HR resource for approximately 800 employees across multiple locations Partner directly with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational growth Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution Oversee workers’ compensation, leave administration, and benefits‑related processes Create onboarding, communication, and employee engagement initiatives Develop scalable HR systems that support continued company growth Travel quarterly to facilities throughout Georgia and South Carolina What We’re Looking For 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Experience supporting multi‑site manufacturing or industrial operations preferred Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices Proven ability to build HR processes, policies, and organizational structure Experience handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion Strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and enjoys creating solutions Compensation & Benefits $140,000–$150,000 base salary Comprehensive benefits package High‑impact leadership position reporting directly to executive leadership Opportunity to shape company culture and build the HR function for a growing organization Relocation assistance Location NW GA (On‑Site) Apply If you’re ready to move beyond maintaining HR programs and want the opportunity to build them, we’d love to have a confidential conversation.
