Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician Responsibilities Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering reliable and high-quality pest control services. Manage Service Routes: Maintain and service a designated customer route according to company standards and procedures. Stay Organized and Informed: Keep management updated on any issues or challenges encountered during service appointments. Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized service vehicle. Follow Safety Standards: Uphold a safe driving record and follow safety protocols. Preferred Qualifications & Traits Independent and Confident: You work well on your own, are self-motivated, and solve problems effectively. Time Management: Manage your time efficiently to meet service expectations. Professional Communication: Comfortable interacting with customers and office staff in a professional manner. Pest Control or Service Experience: Any previous experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and make decisions in challenging situations. Job Details Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Field-based (On the Road) Schedule: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 8-hour shifts with availability for overtime. Compensation: Commission and tips may be earned in addition to base salary. Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly or twice monthly.
