Reach Truck Forklift OperatorWe are hiring experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. This role is responsible for safely operating stand-up reach trucks to move, locate, and stack inventory while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available!Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a stand-up reach truck forklift to move and store materialsLoad and unload products in a safe and efficient mannerPick, stage, and transport inventory throughout the warehouseMaintain accurate inventory tracking and location managementPerform daily equipment inspections and report any issuesFollow all safety guidelines and warehouse proceduresSupport overall warehouse operations as neededQualificationsMinimum 2 years of stand-up reach truck experience requiredPrevious warehouse or distribution experience preferredCold storage experience strongly preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentStrong attention to safety and detailAbility to work assigned shift and overtime as neededEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
