Are you an organized, friendly professional with a knack for making people feel welcome? If so, we’d love to have you on board! We’re a small business with two locations in Morris and Joliet, and we’re looking for a dependable individual to be the face of our company as Front Desk Help.

As Front Desk Help, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and that every person who walks through our doors feels valued. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Managing schedules, appointments, and general administrative tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Running insurance eligibility.
• Assisting with any other duties that support the team and enhance the customer experience.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A professional and friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between our Morris and Joliet locations as needed.
