Ground Hand / Telecom Laborer
???? Maryland • Delaware • Virginia
Comtech Direct (CTD) is hiring Ground Hands / Telecom Laborers to support our coax and fiber construction crews across the MD/DE/VA region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the telecommunications industry , learn the trade, and move up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting aerial and underground construction crews
Handling tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
Setting up and breaking down job sites
Traffic control support (when needed)
Keeping the job site clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
Reliable and on time — every day
Ability to follow direction and work as part of a crew
Physically able to lift, carry, and perform manual labor
Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all positions)
No experience required — we’ll train the right person
