GARAGE - Assistant Manager - Victoria Gardens

Overview We are looking for an assistant manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and lead a high performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in all operational areas and provide leadership that optimizes sales results. Promote a positive shopping experience for customers while inspiring the team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. Support day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory management, shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and e‑commerce order fulfillment. Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards and directives in the store. Qualifications High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset. Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment. Passion for fashion, an outgoing personality, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in responding to a changing business environment. Ability to encourage participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices. Strong partnership and collaboration skills. Social media, mobile device, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open Office proficiency. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
