What You'll Do

• Speak with prospective patients and their families by phone.
• Build trust through meaningful conversations.
• Explain treatment options and answer questions.
• Guide callers through the admissions process.
• Coordinate with our clinical and medical teams.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect required information.
• Follow up with prospective patients in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from the first phone call through admission.
