Insurance Claims Manager Excess And Surplus Commercial Lines Supervisor Team Leader Leadership Commercial Auto General Liability Automobile Insurance Commercial Claims Personal Bodily Injury Property Damage _ .

Handle mainstream and complex general liability, excess, and umbrella claims of all varieties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and analyze complex coverage issues and prepare coverage position letters.

• Investigate, analyze, and evaluate liability and damages.

• Prepare case summary reports related to matters of significant reserve and trial activity.

• Negotiate and resolve cases.

• Work with underwriters supporting policy construction and drafting, reporting claim trends, data analysis, and risk assessments.
