SHIFT SUPERVISOR (PART TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a part‑time Shift Supervisor position at Capital One, 101 Post Street, San Francisco, CA 94108. Schedule: Part‑time; open availability preferred, hours and days may vary, and you must be able to work weekends. Fixed Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour. Responsibilities Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Barista and customer service experience required. ServSafe certification required. Open availability preferred and must be able to work weekends on a part‑time schedule.
