Armed Security Supervisor

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring an Armed Security Supervisor (Part Time) in San Francisco, CA. Schedule: Part‑time, 16 hours per week. Saturday 3:00 pm–11:30 pm; Sunday 11:00 pm–7:30 am. Qualifications State security license and 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training obtained during hiring) Minimum 21 years of age At least one year of armed security experience At least one year of security supervisor experience Active exposed firearm permit Active driver’s license Proof of U.S. work authorization High school diploma or GED First‑aid certification is an asset Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift Military, law‑enforcement, or related security experience preferred Most up‑to‑date security resume requested Responsibilities Conduct post checks of officers under your supervision Train new officers Ensure 100 % coverage of your site to eliminate dark posts Issue corrective action forms (CAFs) Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity Verify identities and control access to secure areas React quickly to threats or incidents Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras Document incidents and actions taken Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property It is the policy of GardaWorld Security Services to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability in accordance with applicable federal laws.
