Luxury Yacht Sales Leader
One of the world's most celebrated ultra-luxury yacht lines is looking for a seasoned sales leader who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the road. You will lead our US field sales team, set the standard for performance and culture, and represent one of the most exclusive luxury travel brands in the world. This is a hands-on, operational leadership role not a desk job.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the US field sales team across multiple markets
- Build and execute field sales strategy in close partnership with senior leadership
- Travel approximately 50% of the time to activate, support, and inspire the team in market
- Drive revenue performance through clear KPIs, accountability structures, and regular calibration
- Represent the brand with the polish and discretion that ultra-luxury clientele expect
- Identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and team development needs
The Ideal Candidate
- 5 to 10 years of field sales leadership experience, ideally in luxury travel, cruise, hospitality, or a comparable premium brand
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing field sales teams
- Deeply comfortable with significant travel this role requires genuine presence in the field
- Experience selling to or working with ultra-high-net-worth clientele or travel advisors in the luxury segment
- Exceptional communicator and motivator who leads by example
- A natural relationship builder with executive-level presence and polish
- Familiarity with the cruise, yachting, or luxury travel industry is a strong plus
