Schedule AM shifts, 5 days a week, working 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours/week. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, with flexible scheduling options available. Job Description Join a family-friendly outpatient orthopedic clinic located in southeast Tucson, where clinicians provide 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions to a diverse patient population, including high school athletes and active older adults. You will have access to a purpose-built AI documentation scribe to streamline clinical documentation and enhance patient care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with various orthopedic conditions. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Provide hands-on therapy interventions and educate patients on self-management strategies. Manage an active patient caseload of 25-30, with an expectation of 12-13 visits per day. Collaborate with support staff, including front desk personnel and rehab aides, to ensure optimal patient flow and care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience is required. New graduates will not be considered for this position. Why ARMStaffing?
