Job Description:

Security Clearance:

• DOE Q clearance required (equivalent to DoD Top Secret)

Work Experience Mandatory:

• Mandatory functional experience should demonstrate the ability to serve as the Contractor single point of contact; establish clear lines of authority and responsibility; manage assigned resources, staffing, and task assignments; integrate and coordinate all contract activities; manage timeliness, completeness, quality, issue identification, corrective actions, and subcontractor performance; and maintain continuity between SPR support operations and the Contractor corporate office.

Education/Certifications Nice to Have:

• Relevant federal/DOE management credentials or project/program management certifications may strengthen the candidate but are not solicitation-mandated.

Work Experience Nice to Have:

• Preferred proposal-strength experience includes management of peer-level federal support programs involving multidisciplinary professional staff, classified work, fixed-price performance, subcontractors, transition, quality control, customer satisfaction, and measurable cost/efficiency improvements.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Serve as WITS primary management point of contact for DOE SPRPMO.
• Organize, staff, administer, and manage performance across Financial Management, Business Management, Technical Management, Administrative Support, and Special Projects.
• Establish organizational authority and accountability, assign and manage resources, ensure personnel possess required competencies, control staffing and man-hours, coordinate Government requests and contractual actions, manage subcontractors and OCI considerations, oversee quality and timeliness, identify issues and corrective actions, support travel/administrative needs, maintain continuity with WITS corporate management, and ensure successful integration of all PWS activities.
