Security Project Manager - Cedar Rapids, IA

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Pay: $40-$53/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Commercial / Data Center Security

Position

Anistar is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to oversee electronic security projects in the Cedar Rapids area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial security installations, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You'll Do

Manage security projects from kickoff through completion
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and production
Coordinate with the GC, customers, and project stakeholders
Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
Track project progress, costs, and milestones
Manage RFIs, change orders, and field issues
Oversee installation quality and project closeout
Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates

What We're Looking For

5+ years of commercial security / low voltage experience
2+ years of project management experience
Experience with access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, and/or intercom systems
Experience managing technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Strong understanding of commercial security installation practices
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Data center experience preferred
BICSI, manufacturer, or security-related certifications preferred
