Proactively develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, leading specification efforts from conceptual stages through quote and final order. Stay ahead of lighting trends and emerging technologies, becoming a trusted advisor and resource to both internal teams and external partners. Collaborate cross‑functionally with project managers, design teams, and manufacturer partners to deliver tailored lighting solutions that exceed client expectations. Own the sales process end‑to‑end, from initial engagement to quote support, technical advising, and post‑sale follow‑through. Promote a culture of excellence and teamwork, contributing to knowledge sharing and a strong client‑first service model. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in lighting specification sales or adjacent roles in the lighting, electrical, or construction industries. Proven track record of success working with architectural and engineering firms to drive project‑based sales. Bachelor's degree or LC certification preferred. Proficient in lighting design platforms and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, AGi32). Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach. Skilled in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly for in‑person meetings and presentations.
