• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment, documenting wear and recommending repairs or replacements to prevent future issues.
• Conduct major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, diagnosing problems with blueprints and manuals.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and warranty claims while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring...

• Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and facility repairs to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and repairs, utilizing hand and power tools effectively.
• Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various facility equipment including plumbing, carpentry, and material handling systems.

Minimum Qualifications...

Vocational or Technical certification and 3 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade or 5 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade. Valid Driver's License. Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
