Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

I’m partnering with a rapidly growing organization to identify an FP&A Manager who will play a critical role in driving both strategic direction and operational performance . Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and performance Partnering with the CFO, CEO and other leaders to drive business decisions and growth initiatives Overseeing budgeting & forecasting Assist in KPI development and performance analytics across operations Enhancing financial reporting, controls, and process scalability Building and developing a high-performing finance team Qualifications: Proven experience in a finance leadership role Strong mix of leadership + hands-on execution Experience in high-growth, operationally complex environments (logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, etc. preferred) Background in financial modeling, profitability analysis, and business transformation Track record of partnering with executive teams to drive measurable business outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr CarsonLynch Professional Search
