Det her er rollen for dig, der selv skaber dem. Som Account Manager hos Culligan træder du ind i en rendyrket hunter-rolle med fuldt fokus på at vinde nye kunder. Du identificerer muligheder, hvor andre ser lukkede døre, tager den første kontakt, vækker interesse og driver salget hele vejen fra det første kolde opkald til underskrevet aftale og et langsigtet samarbejde. Du bevæger dig mellem telefon, mødelokaler og kundebesøg ude i marken. Du prospekterer, booker møder, gennemfører behovsanalyser, præsenterer løsninger og lukker aftaler. Alt med ét klart mål: at opbygge din egen pipeline fra bunden og skabe vækst. Rollen er en del af vores nye nordiske salgsstruktur, hvor vi har organisatorisk organiseret os i mere specialiserede salgsområder for at skabe endnu større fokus, tydeligere ejerskab og stærkere resultater. Du bliver en del af det område, der har ét klart formål: at åbne nye døre, vinde nye kunder og skabe ny forretning på det danske marked. Her bliver initiativ, tempo og salgsdrive belønnet. Du kommer til at Proaktivt identificere og vinde nye kunder på det danske marked Opbygge pipeline gennem cold calling, netværk, referrals og fysiske kundebesøg Drive hele salgsprocessen fra prospektering til behovsanalyse, tilbud og closing Sælge Culligans løsninger inden for vanddispensere, serviceaftaler samt tilbehør og forbrugsvarer Forhandle priser, kontrakter og kommercielle aftaler Arbejde mod klare salgsmål og KPI’er – og have lyst til at slå dem Dokumentere og følge op på alle aktiviteter i CRM Samarbejde tæt med interne kolleger for at sikre en god onboarding og kundeoplevelse Vi tror, at du kan sætte flueben ved Dokumenteret erfaring med succesfuldt salg, gerne i en hunter-rolle Trives med nykundesalg og er komfortabel med cold outreach Har arbejdet med B2B-salg af løsninger, services eller tekniske produkter Er vant til at arbejde struktureret i CRM og digitale værktøjer Har kørekort (kategori B) Kommunikerer flydende på dansk, både mundtligt og skriftligt Har en gymnasial uddannelse eller tilsvarende relevant erhvervserfaring Det mest spændende af alt – hvem er du?
