Demand Writer - Personal Injury
Wilshire Law Firm is a distinguished, award-winning legal practice with over 18 years of experience, specializing in Personal Injury, Employee Rights, and Consumer Class Action lawsuits. - Prepare successful demand packages for personal injury matters.
- Draft well-written demand letters that clearly establish the facts of the case and outline the injuries and damages sustained by the client.
- Calculate damages, including lost wages, property damage and medical expenses.
- 2 years of experience working in a personal injury law firm.
- Ability to review and organize medical records and bills.
- Must be able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience handling a large volume of personal injury cases and a proven track record of drafting successful demand letters.
- Type at least 40 wpm.
- $25.00 - $31.25 per hour depending on experience
